| Abstract: | This article, under the new public management perspective, based on actuality of China's maritime legislation, and drawing concepts from GBS of IMO, analyses the legislative values, legislative mechanisms and information support concerning maritime legislation, and provides some relevant recommendations on how to improve the quality of maritime legislation. |
