城轨交通安全与运营效率的探讨

就城市轨道交通车站联锁系统对行车安全和运营效率的影响中的一些技术细节进行了初步探讨，提出在城市轨道交通领域为了协调行车安全和运营效率的矛盾关系，应该对传统的联锁理念、技术要求和设计验收标准有所改变与拓展，并尽快出台适合城市轨道交通实际情况的、统一和具体的信号技术要求、验收标准以及维护规范，以促进城市轨道交通的快速健康发展。

Safety and Efficiency in Urban Transportation

Some technical problems caused by station interlocking system in urban transportation, which effect train operation safety and operation efficiency, are discussed. Furthermore, it is put forward that traditional interlocking concept, technical requirement and standards for design and acceptance in the field of urban transportation should be changed and extend to harmonize the conflict between train operation safety and operation efficiency. The unified specific signal tecnical requirement, acceptance standard and maintenance criterion suitable for the practical sitution of urban transportation should come out as soon as possible to promote rapid and healthy development of urban transportation.
