高校图书馆流通服务中读者满意度测评体系研究

摘    要:本文论述了图书馆流通部服务工作中读者满意度测评目的、测评意义,构建了测评指标体系。在此基础上实施了问卷调查。对调查结果采用指标权重法进行了计算分析,得出读者对各项指标的平均满意度并进行了排序。可根据此满意度对图书馆不足之处进行完善。

Abstract:The evaluation indicator system was constructed after analyzing the evaluation significance and purpose of readers' satisfaction degree in circulation services of university library.And the questionnaire for readers was surveyed.The averaged values of readers' satisfaction degree for every evaluation indicator were acquired based on calculation according to the weight of the factors that surveyed and analyzed.The factors were arranged in order according to the value of the satisfaction degree.So the insuffi...
