| 摘 要： | 本文从企业竞争理论发展的历史沿革出发,系统性介绍了从20世纪90年代开始的以企业核心竞争力研究为重点、以企业素质为主要内容的竞争理论阶段,并指出了我国企业核心竞争力概念混乱的根本原因。
