前插式激光测距自动弯沉仪校准及贝克曼梁对比试验分析

摘    要:通过对前插式激光测距自动弯沉仪校准及贝克曼梁进行对比试验,得出以下结论:重复性试验结果显示自动弯沉仪弯沉数据相对于贝克曼梁具有良好的稳定性;检测路段温度、湿度、地质状况、路面平整度、地面震动及人为影响因素是自动弯沉仪检测数据准确性的重要影响因素;仪器标定不准确、测试速度不稳定、检测车一侧双轮荷载及单轴传压面当量圆直径标定不规范对自动弯沉仪检测结果影响较大;在相同条件下测得的弯沉值具有良好的相关性,得到的线性关系式可以有效评价路基路面施工质量。

Abstract:The article analyzes the contrast tests of the front-insert type auto deflectometer with laser range meter and benkelman beam method. The repeated tests show that the front-insert type auto deflectometer with laser range meter has better stability than benkelman beam method; the temperature, humidity, geology, surface roughness, ground vibration of test section and human factors are the important factors affecting the test results of front-insert type auto deflectometer with laser range meter; the situations that calibration is not accurate, the test speed is not stable, the double wheel load is on one side of the inspection vehicle and the calibration of equivalent diameter of uniaxial pressure surface is not standardized have a greater influence on the test results of the auto deflectometer with laser range meter; the deflection values of auto deflectometer and benkelman beam measured under the same condition have a good correlation; deflection value contrast of linear relation can effectively evaluate the construction quality of pavement and subgrade.
