| Abstract: | At present, there appear new changes in traffic environment. The difficulties in financing, relocation and approval have become new problems faced in the development of traffic. Aiming at the above problems, the article puts forward the reform of construction management system, expansion of the preparatory work of the project, broadening the financing channels and other measures. |
