VNT改善柴油机低速性能的试验研究

摘    要:在498柴油机上匹配了可变喷嘴涡轮增压器(VNT),研究其对直喷柴油机性能的影响。试验结果表明,VNT能增加低速扭矩,改善低速时的燃油经济性,降低柴油机低速的冒烟极限和烟度,改善柴油机低速时的加速特性。

Abstract:The variable nozzle turbocharger(VNT) was matched with 498 diesel engine and its influence on DI diesel engine performance was researched.The experimental results show that the VNT can increase the torque,improve the fuel economy,decrease the smoke limit and improve the acceleration performance at low speed.
