| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the present development situation in the three big areas such as eastern,central section and western area,by making use of Matlab software and Gini modulus theory,the paper estimates quantitatively the unbalanced development and discusses the countermeasures to reduce the area gap in higher education. |
