摘    要:采用高速摄像法对大电流MAG焊的电弧形态、熔滴过渡形式对焊缝成形的影响进行了研究。介绍了不同的气体对焊缝成形的影响。

Abstract:High current MAG welding is an effective method to improve productivity. High-speed vidicon is used to study the effect of arc shapes and metal transfer on weld profiles. The effect of various kinds of gases on weld profiles is also presented.
