| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨市边缘地区有着丰富的旅游资源,长期以来各个地区只按照本地区的情况发展本地区的旅游业。作为大城市边缘地区的旅游业发展可以同大城市一同协调发展,一方面可以促进旅游业的整体发展,另一方面推动各个地区的经济发展。从界定哈尔滨市的边缘地区入手,分析哈尔滨市边缘地区的旅游发展潜力,通过对各个地区旅游资源的分析,提出哈尔滨市边缘地区统一协调发展的新发向,以推动整个哈尔滨地区的旅游业发展。
