摘    要:车架是摩托车的主要部件,其模态特性是摩托车整体振动性能的决定因素之一.用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件对某弯梁车架的模态特性进行有限元分析,并用试验结果验证该有限元模型的正确性,进一步分析各个部件壁厚对车架模态特性的影响,从而为车架模态特性指出优化方向.

Abstract:Frame is one of the essential parts of motorcycle whose modal feature is one of the decisive factors for entire motorcycle vibration performance. A FE analysis of modal feature of a bent-frame motorcycle was made using MSC. Patran/Nastran software. The test result shows that the FE modal is OK. Then analyses of influences of the wall thickness of various parts upon the modal feature of the frame were made. Furthermore, the the influences of wall thickness upon the dynamic characteristics of the frame and the vibration of the motorcycle are verified by the experiments.
