盾构及TBM设备监造的实践与探索

 盾构及TBM国产化、产业化的进程在不断加速，使用单位都希望通过监造来提高设备的制造质量，由于建筑行业自身流动性大的特点，监造工作的管理和队伍的建设还不能与此和谐。借鉴水利水电行业设备监造的一些规范和经验，从各项内容的工作范围、工作方法、工作要点和工程实例等方面，系统地讨论了盾构及TBM监造工作的程序及内容，以期推动盾构及TBM监造工作质量的提高。

Practice of and Comments on Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) Manufacturing Supervision

The domestic manufacturing and industrialization process of tunnel boring machines (TBMs) is accelerated constantly. All construction enterprises hope to improve the equipment manufacturing quality through supervision. Due to the great mobility of the construction industry, the supervision management and the supervision team building are not well matched to the supervision works. By referring to some equipment supervision norms and experiences of the Water Conservancy and Electricity Industry of China, the author discusses systematically on the procedures and contents of the tunnel boring machines (TBMs) supervision works in respect of supervision scopes, supervision methods and supervision points and provides a supervision case, hoping to improve the supervision quality of tunnel boring machines (TBMs) in the future.
