| 摘 要： | 秦皇岛港长期以来以煤炭输出为主,但散货仍是港口经营的重要组成部分。介绍了秦皇岛港杂货运输发展状况,用SWOT分析法确定了秦皇岛港杂货运输的发展战略并制定了量化的战略目标。提出了秦皇岛港杂货运输发展战略的路径规划,并对确保战略实施的对策进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Qinhuangdao Port has been taking coal as main transporting cargo for a long period. But the general cargo still is an important component part of port in running.This paper introduces the development status of general cargo's transportation in Qinhuangdao Port. By the analytical method of SWOT,it defines the development strategy and establishes the quantized strategic objective. Points out the path planning of development strategy of general cargo's transportation in Qinhuangdao Port,and discusses on the countermeasures of ensuring the strategic implementation. |
