| 摘 要： | 为解决摩托车燃油表指示不准确问题，模拟摩托车使用状态，测试燃油油量表、燃油传感器及与油箱配合的匹配参数，排查分析原因，找出燃油表与燃油传感器阻值的最佳设计数据，实施改进。改进后的油表与燃油传感器匹配良好，燃油表指示曲线趋于平滑、线性，并能真实反映实际油量。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of the incorrect indication of motorcycle fuel gauge,you can do as follows,i.e.simulate the operating condition of the motorcycle,measure the fuel quantity gauge,fuel sensor and the matching parameters of the blockage value of the fuel gauge and the fuel sensor,then improve.The matching of the improved fuel gauge and fuel sensor is good,with the indicating curve of the fuel gauge going smooth, linear and the actual fuel quantity truly reflected. |
