摘    要:抛负载是汽车电气系统经常会遇到的一个工况,在这个工况下整车电气系统需要能承受电突变所造成的冲击,这个工况下不但需要考核整车电气系统的承受能力,还需要考核发电机的调节能力。抛负载包括低压抛负载和高压抛负载两种类型,低压抛负载主要针对整车低压系统和发电机,高压抛负载主要针对高压动力推进系统,面向纯电动和混动车型,抛负载的研究有助于了解整车电气系统的特性和适应能力,对整车低压电气系统和高压推进系统的开发有重要的参考意义。

Abstract:Load dump is a working condition often encountered in automobile electrical systems. Under this working condition, the entire vehicle electrical system needs to be able to withstand the impact caused by electrical mutations. Under this working condition, not only the bearing capacity of the entire vehicle electrical system needs to be assessed, but also need to assess the regulating ability of the generator. Load dump includes two types: low-voltage load dump and high-voltage load dump. Low-voltage load dump is mainly for vehicle low-voltage systems and generators. High-voltage load dump is mainly for high-voltage power propulsion systems. For pure electric and hybrid models, load dump research helps to understand the characteristics and adaptability of the vehicle’ s electrical system, and has important reference significance for the development of the vehicle’ s low-voltage electrical system and high-voltage propulsion system.
