电动车高压矩形连接器端子的设计技术

摘    要:本文介绍目前行业中电动车矩形高压连接器端子的研究进展情况。矩形高压连接器端子以其低加工成本成为高压连接器端子的研究热点之一。目前高压矩形连接器端子主要有两类:一类是内嵌簧片式矩形插孔高压连接器,通过接触簧片实现多触点接触;另一类叠片式矩形连接器,通过调整叠加的单片弹叉的数量来配置不同电流,以满足整车系统的不同电流使用环境,实现模块化配置。

Abstract:This paper introduces the research progress of rectangular high voltage connector terminals for electric vehicles in the industry.Rectangular high-voltage connector terminals have become one of the research hot-spots for its low processing cost.At present,there are mainly two types of high-voltage rectangular connector terminals:one is the embedded reed rectangular Jack high-voltage connector,which can realize multi-contact by contacting the spring;the other is the laminated rectangular connector,which configures different current by adjusting the number of stacked single spring fork,so as to meet the different current use environment of vehicle system and realize modular configuration.
