真空泵控制器EMC试验测试布置设计

摘    要:本文主要介绍一种真空泵控制器EMC试验装置,试验布置设计中利用单向阀和电子模拟器,有效解决测试过程中真空泵控制器不能持续工作的问题;消除真空泵对发射类测试环境产生电磁干扰的影响;增加抗扰测试实时监控有效参数的功能。该设计满足辐射发射和辐射抗扰等电磁兼容测试项目对被测件运行状态的测试要求。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces a EMC testing device of vacuum pump controller.Check valve and electronic simulator have been taken in our experiments,so it caneffectively resolve the problems of vacuum pump can not continuous operating.In radiated emission environment,this testing device also can abolish the influences of electromagnetic interference produced by vacuum pump.Furthermore,italso added monitoring efficient parameter function in immunity test.This testing device is able to meet the auto parts operating state test requirement of EMC testing items such as radiation emission and radiation immunity.
