冲压成形对车身外覆盖件抗凹性影响研究

摘    要:作为用户评价和判断车体坚固程度的重要感官质量标准,车身外覆盖件的抗凹性是车身开发阶段的重点考察指标。以某车型侧围外板为例,将冲压成形导致的厚度减薄和应变强化效应引入其抗凹性能有限元分析,并与传统的仿真分析和实测进行对比。结果表明,冲压成形效应可提高侧围外板的抗凹性,且仿真与实测结果一致性更佳。

Abstract:As an important sensory quality standard for customers to evaluate and judge the firmness of automotive body,the dent resistance of automotive body external panels is the key index of the body development.This research takes the body side outer panel of one vehicle as an example,introducing the thickness thinning and strain strengthening caused by stamping into the finite element analysis for dent resistance,the analysis results are compared with traditional analysis and the experimental data.The results show that the effect of stamping can improve dent resistance of the body side outer panel,and this simulation method is more consistent with the measured results.
