摘    要:介绍某电动汽车低频电场发射的优化过程。采用近场扫描法及排除法,确定电机控制器是造成电场发射超标的干扰源,并明确干扰的传播路径。通过增加电机控制器的滤波电路,优化车辆搭铁和线束屏蔽设计,车辆低频电场发射满足了GB/T18387-2017要求。

Abstract:This paper introducing an optimization process of low-frequency electric field emission of a electric vehicle.By near field scanning method and exclusive method,confirming that motor controller is noise source which causes electric field emission over the limit of national standard,and identifies the route of noise transmission path.By means of designing filter in the motor controller,optimizing grounding of vehicle and wire shielding,finally,the low-frequency electric field emission meets the requirement of GB/T 18387-2017.
