离线编程在车身柔性线调试中的应用研究

摘    要:在机器人焊装柔性线导入新车型时,在线编程需要花费大量的示教时间。主要研究离线编程在新车型导入生产线中的应用,分析现场环境和仿真环境间设备安装偏差的来源,运用Roboguide机器人仿真软件,修正仿真环境与实际环境的偏差,使离线程序顺利地应用到实际环境中,使新车型得以快速导入,节约项目周期时间。通过验证,研究的方法能够有效地纠正偏差,使离线程序导入精度满足要求。

Abstract:It takes a lot of teaching time for online programming when a new vehicle model is introduced to the robot welding flexible line.This paper mainly studies the application of off-line programming in the introduction of new vehicle into a production line,analyzes the source of deviation of equipment installation between real environment and simulation environment,and uses Roboguide simulation software to correct such deviation,so that the off-line program can be successfully applied to real environment,and the new vehicle can be quickly introduced,to save project cycle time.Through verification,the research method can effectively correct the deviation,and make introduction accuracy of the offline program meet the requirements.
