非燃油系统蒸发排放挥发源研究

摘    要:为探明非燃油系统蒸发排放挥发源,指导其管控工作,通过模拟整车蒸发排放试验条件,使用1立方米舱对非金属内外饰零部件、工艺胶、车身油漆进行蒸发排放测试,计算出各部分的蒸发排放散发量,并对其排序。经分析发现车底涂料、焊缝密封胶、轮胎、车身油漆为非燃油系统蒸发排放最大挥发源,合计占到挥发总量的96%,为主要的管控方向。

Abstract:In order to determine the source of evaporative emissions of non-fuel system and guide its management and control,by simulating the vehicle evaporative emissions test conditions,with 1 cubic meter cabin the evaporative emissions of non-metal interior and exterior parts,process adhesive and body paint are tested,calculation the evaporative emissions of each part is canducted,and results are sorted.Analysis shows that vehicle bottom coating,weld sealant,tire and body paint are the largest volatilization sources of non-fuel system evaporative emissions,accounting for 96%of the total volatilization,which is the main direction of control.
