摘    要:储能技术种类多样、应用广泛.国内外储能技术已经形成了多部标准,特别是电网及电动汽车领域的标准体系已经非常成熟完善.在城市轨道交通领域,储能技术标准则相对匮乏.首先对国内外储能技术的相关标准进行梳理和分类,然后重点针对城市轨道交通领域的3部国内外储能技术标准展开解读,最后对分类和解读情况进行归纳总结,并给出强化储能系统安全性要求、加快城轨储能系统标准体系建设、借鉴国际标准中关于仿真方法和储能单元寿命评估等内容的建议.

Abstract:There are various types of energy storage technologies that are widely used. Domestic and foreign countries have formed multiple standards, particularly in the fields of power grids and electric vehicles, in which the standard system has been very mature and perfect. In the field of urban rail transit, energy storage technology is relatively lacking. In this study, the domestic and foreign standards are classified, and three storage technology standards in the field of urban rail transit are studied; finally, the classification and interpretation are summarized, and related suggestions are provided, such as strengthening energy storage system security requirements, accelerating the construction of an urban rail storage technology standard system, and imitating the life assessment of energy storage units and simulation methods in international standards.
