电动乘用车轻量化评价研究及要素分析

摘    要:围绕轻量化评价,结合汽车产品公告和免征车辆购置税的新能源汽车车型目录相关数据,对电动乘用车的广义体积(长×宽×高)下的整备质量、不含动力电池的整车质量、电池质量占比、载质量利用系数、动力电池密度、整车能量密度、整车功率密度、动力性、电耗限值比、续航能力等相关因素进行分析,按车型种类,在总样本中各选5个车型,进行对比分析,探讨评价方法。

Abstract:Combined with the relevant data of automobile product announcement and new energy vehicle model catalogue exempted from vehicle purchase tax,the paper focuses on the lightweight evaluation and analyzes the relevant factors,including the curb weight,vehicle mass(excluding power cell),battery weight ratio,load mass utilization coefficient,power battery density and vehicle energy density,power performance,power consumption limit ratio,electric driving range under the generalized volume(length,width and height)of electric passenger vehicle.According to the vehicle type,5 vehicle models are selected from all the samples,and the evaluation method is discussed.
