Research on Multi-Vehicle Collinear Flexible Aufbaulinie

This article introduces the automatic equipment and their characteristics of flexible production line commonly used in the welding shop of main OEMs,focuses on the realization of automatic aufbaulinie on BIW,i.e.flexible production line to ensure multiple-vehicle models manufactured on the common production line.The article also evaluates advantages and disadvantages of this production mode from position accuracy,vehicle conformity rate,floor area,investment cost,flexibility,etc.,which provides technical guidance for welding workshop planning,equipment introduction and process layout.
