摘    要:对低密度型和发泡型抗石击涂料的力学性能、抗石击性能、附着性能、隔音性能等进行了研究分析.与普通型抗石击涂料相比,2种轻量化涂料的抗石击性能、施工性能和附着性能无明显差异,粘度可通过调整适应施工需求.适量的中空玻璃微珠填充提高了低密度型抗石击涂料的力学性能;发泡剂的添加则使发泡型涂料膨胀疏松,削弱了抗石击涂料的强度.发泡...

Abstract:In this paper,the mechanical,anti-stone impact,adhesion and sound insulation properties of low density and foaming stone crash protection coating are studied.Compared with the ordinary stone crash protection coating,the stone crash protection,construction and adhesion properties of the 2 lightweight coatings have no obvious difference.The viscosity of lightweight stone crash protection coating could be adjusted to meet the needs of construction.The amount of hollow glass bead filling improves the mechanical properties of the low-density stone crash protection coating;The addition of foaming agent makes the foaming coating expand and loosen,weakening the strength of the stone crash protection coating.The rich porous structure of foaming and low-density stone crash protection coating converts sound waves into heat energy to reduce noise,and the foaming type has a more significant sound insulation effect.In addition,compared with the ordinary stone crash protection coating,the dosage of vehicle used low density and foaming coating can by reduced by 30%~55%,the lightweight effect is remarkable.
