摘    要:从相变材料这一角度,综述了相变材料的选取制备、相变材料新型冷却结构的设计、相变材料与其它冷却方式耦合形成的散热系统3个方面对锂离子电池散热的影响,并总结了翅片辅助相变冷却,泡沫金属辅助相变冷却、相变材料与热管耦合的散热系统的优势与不足.分析结果表明,优化复合相变材料的成分配比,向相变材料中加入翅片或者泡沫金属都有助于散...

Abstract:From the perspective of phase change materials,the influence of the selection and preparation of phase change materials,the design of new cooling structure of phase change materials and the cooling system formed by phase change materials and other cooling methods on heat dissipation of lithium-ion batteries is reviewed,and the advantages and shortcomings of fin assisted phase change cooling,foam metal-assisted phase change cooling,and the heat dissipation system coupled with phase change materials and heat pipes are summarized.The analysis results show that optimizing the composition ratio of composite phase change materials,adding fins or foam metals to phase change materials can help dissipate heat.The heat dissipation system coupled with phase change materials and other cooling methods can not only achieve good heat dissipation effect,but also have a wide application potential through continuous optimization and improvement.
