摘    要:碰撞假人用位移传感器用来测量碰撞过程中假人膝部、胸部等部位产生的位移量,以此判断碰撞对人体的伤害程度,本文详述了2DIR-TRACC传感器线位移灵敏度、横向位移量、旋转电位计灵敏度的校准方法,运用最小二乘法拟合及单变量求解得到了传感器灵敏度的最优解,并评定了2D IR-TRACC传感器线位移测量结果的测量不确定度,验证...

Abstract:The impact dummy uses a displacement sensor to measure the displacement of the knee,chest and other parts of the dummy during the impact,so as to judge the degree of damage to the human body caused by the impact,in this paper,the calibration methods of linear displacement sensitivity,lateral displacement sensitivity and rotary potentiometer sensitivity of 2 d IR-TRACC sensor are described in detail.The optimal solution of the sensor sensitivity is obtained by using least squares fitting and single variable solution,the measurement uncertainty of 2 d IR-TRACC sensor is evaluated,and the validity of the calibration method is verified to meet the traceability requirement.
