无毒香型沥青混合料的研究

摘    要:热拌沥青混合料在生产和施工过程中释放出的带有恶臭、刺激气味的烟尘,一直是道路施工难以摆脱的顽疾。沥青混合料高温与氧化是沥青烟产生的主要原因,目前消除或减少沥青烟主要采用温拌工艺或在沥青中添加除味剂的方法。前者对沥青烟形成过程进行阻断,后者可吸附烟气中的有毒刺激性气体以达到除味的目的。就此对两种方法进行比较后,选取温拌工艺并通过在沥青混合料中添加塑料香料以进一步消除沥青混合料在施工中的异味,最后通过对无毒香型沥青混合料进行性能验证,论证沥青混合料加香方法的可行性,并确定塑料香料的最佳添加量。

Abstract:During the process of production and construction of hot mix asphalt,it’s not easy to get rid of the odor and irritating smoke from the HMA.High temperature and oxidation of asphalt mixture are the main reasons which cause the odor asphalt smoke. To eliminate or reduce asphalt smoke,both of warm mix technology and deodorant adding can be used.The former can block the formation process of asphalt smoke,and the latter can adsorb poison irritant gases in the flue gas to achieve the purpose of eliminating odor.Compare the two methods,this paper select the warm mix technology and addition of a plastic spice for further elimination of odor.Finally,the result of road performance of non-toxic scent asphalt mixture demonstrated that plastic spice adding is a feasible method,and also determined the optimal amount of plastic spices.
