柴油机冷起动阻力矩试验研究

摘    要:使用三相变频异步电机从50 r/min~350 r/min倒拖发动机;测量了在不同温度、不同拖动转速下,柴油机的起动阻力矩随环境温度的变化规律。运用数值回归的方法预测了柴油机在更低温度下的起动阻力矩。结果表明:起动过程中,起动转速较低时,产生的静态起动力矩较大;环境温度越低,起动阻力越大;起动转速越高,产生的平均阻力矩也随之升高,起动阻力矩随着转速的增加呈近似线性关系。

Abstract:The starting resistance torque was measured when the diesel engine was dragged from 50 r/min to 350 r/min by three-phase frequency conversion asynchronous motor under different temperature,and the starting resistance torque under lower temperature was predicted with numerical regressive method.The result indicated that the larger static starting torque was produced when the engine was started with the lower speed and that the resistance torque was increased when the ambient temperature was low.It was also found that the resistance torque was approximately linearly increased with the increase of speed.
