浅谈隧道喷射混凝土施工技术

喷射混凝土作为围岩开挖后的主要支护构件起着相当大的作用，但在实际施工中时常发生喷射量不足、喷射回弹量大、喷射厚度不均匀、喷射配合比不合适等现象，不但造成原材料浪费，而且使喷射混凝土不能充分发挥其应有作用。结合工程实践，分析通了隧道工程喷射混凝土施工中易出现的问题，介绍隧道普通喷射混凝土施工技术，并提出几点建议。

On the Construction Technology of Tunnel Shotcrete

As the main supporting structure, shorcrete plays a considerable role after surrounding rock is excavated. However, various phenomena often occur in real construction, such as insufficient shooting, big springback, uneven thickness and inappropriate shooting mix. Thus, raw materials are wasted and shotcrete can not play its role. Aiming at the easily arisen problems of shotcrete construction in tunnel engineering, the thesis narrates the engineering techniques of ordinary shotcrete in tunneling with combination of engineering practice, then several pieces of advice are brought forward for your reference.
