| 摘 要： | 坐底式钻井平台具有构造比较简单，投资较少，建造周期较短等优点，特别适合在水深浅，海床平坦的浅海区域进行油气勘探开发作业。该文着重介绍了国内自行设计建造的“中油海3”号坐底式钻井平台的技术特点和关键技术。
