JK90S可变喷嘴涡轮增压器试验研究

摘    要:将所设计的JK90S转叶式可变喷嘴涡轮增压器进行了涡轮性能试验。试验结果表明,它能够有效地调节涡轮特性。进行了可变喷嘴涡轮增压器与WD615柴油机的匹配试验,并将匹配结果与原机进行了试验比较;结果表明,柴油机低速动力性和部分负荷低速燃油消耗都得到了改善。

Abstract:Variable nozzle turbocharger(VNT) can improve the low-speed performance and emission of turbocharged diesel engine.Turbine experiment of JK90S turbocharger with rotating vanes was undertaken.The results show that turbine performance can be adjusted effectively.The matching experiment for WD615 diesel engine with VNT was also carried out,and the results were compared with those with constant geometry turbocharger.It can be shown that using VNT,the power and fuel consumption at low speed are all improved.
