| 摘 要： | 文章用经济计量的统计分析与应用对策探索相结合的方法,研究南通船舶工业人才教育培训问题。它包括南通船舶工业发展对人才需求的总量预测和具体需求的调查、教育培训的目标和要求以及教育培养的新对策和措施等。切实解决制约南通船舶工业实现跨越发展的人才瓶颈问题,期冀南通打造＂世界船谷＂的宏伟目标可以早日实现。
