摘    要:伴随着城市区域化的发展趋势,我国特大城市交通也出现新的特点和问题,人们的通勤时间和通勤距离显著增加,甚至产生跨行政区的公共交通需求。新区域主义作为新型的区域治理理念,为我们解决特大城市交通和公共交通存在的问题提供了有力的理论指导。本文结合新区域主义强调地区之间的合作,不对区域范围做硬性界定,强调区域的个性化发展,强调区域综合目标而非单纯经济目标的实现,强调公平与可持续发展等社会综合目标实现的观点。探索新区域主义理论在我国特大城市公共交通发展中的应用.为我国城市交通的良性发展提供了新的理论支持。

Abstract:Along with the development of urban-regionalization, our mega cities' traffic had some new characteristics and problems, commuting time and commuting distance significantly increased, even produced public traffic demand which across administrative areas. As a new conception of regional governance, the new regionalism provides a strong theoretical guidance for us to solve the mega cities' traffic and public transport problems. Combined with the opinions of the new regionalism, such as emphasizes the cooperation between areas, unrestricted the regional range, emphasis on personalized development of regional, stress on the realization of regional comprehensive goals rather than pure economic goals, emphasize fairness and sustainable development, this paper tried to use them in the development of our mega cities' public transport, which also provides a new theoretical support for the benign development of urban traffic in China.
