| 摘 要： | 随着网络订票、短信订票及电话订票技术的普及,旅客如何兑现订单取得车票成为伴随订票业务产生的新问题.如果旅客还在窗口取票,那么窗口压力仍然没有得到减轻.本文针对铁路订票业务的取票需求,以旅客服务技术为基础,分析自动取票系统的系统模型、架构和功能,设计并实现自动取票系统.它具有方便快捷,成本低和易于管理的特点.能够减轻窗口压力并使客户能够更快取得已定车票.

| Abstract: | With ticket booking online,through short message and telephone technology popularization,new problem was arised that how to order and obtain tickets booked.The vending window was still not alleviated the pressure if passenger still fetched their tickets from vending window.Aiming at the fetching requirement of booking operation,it was analysed the system model,architecture,function of the Automatic Fetching Ticket System on base of passenger services technology,designed and implemented the Automatic Fetching Ticket System.It was convenient,low cost and easy to manage.It could also release the pressure of vending window and accelerate the fetch speed of tickets. |
