预应力混凝土箱梁桥悬臂施工中腹板斜裂缝成因分析

摘    要:针对某主跨为65m的预应力连续箱梁桥腹板出现与纵向项板下弯柬大致平行的斜裂缝情况。运用桥梁博士、ANSYS等有限元软件进行分析。计算结果和现场观察情况表明,腹板处局部主拉应力过大是预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥在施工过程中出现腹板斜裂缝的主要原因。文章最后给出了此桥腹板斜裂缝修复措施。并提出了纵向项板预应力柬配柬的建议。

Abstract:According to the slab cracks of a prestressed continuous box girder bridge in cantilever construction ,this paper analyses the causes of cracks using the finite element software such as drbridge and ANSYS.The calculation results and investigations show that overlarge local tension stress is supposed to be the main reason of slab cracks in prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge.The suggestions for the repair of slab cracks and the design of prestressing tendon are also given.
