飞机滑行桥连体箱梁施工技术

摘    要:首都机场扩建工程滑行桥设计为现浇连体箱粱,桥面宽度为一般公路现浇箱梁的2~3倍,一次性施工混凝土方量大,而且需要2次浇筑成型,因时间和空间上的限制使梁体施工工艺与一般现浇箱梁有所不同。此文对梁体施工在支架设计验算、模板安装、钢筋制作、混凝土浇筑特别是混凝土施工温度控制和预应力施工等方面进行了初步尝试和实践探索,总结出了一些施工经验。

Abstract:Of the Capital Airport extension project, the taxi - bridge is of a cast - in - place conjoined box girder, of which the width of the bridge floor is 2 - 3 times that of the cast - in - situ box girder of ordinary highway. The concrete of one - time construction is in a great quantity and casting is made twice be- fore the girder comes into shape. The restrictions of time and space makes the construction technology of the girder system different from the common cast - in - place box girders. This article makes an initial trial and practice exploration in the aspect of bracket design checking, formwork installation, reinforcement making; concrete casting, especially the temperature control of concrete construction and prestressed construction with some experience in construction summarized.
