AES杀精作用及其对精子超微结构的影响

摘    要:以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(Fatty Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ether So-dium Sulfate,AES)作为杀精子剂进行体外实验研究,结果表明,AES具有较强的杀精子效应,它使精子瞬间失活的最低有效浓度为0.08%。透射电镜观察证明,AES损害精子的主要靶结构是细胞膜、顶体和线粒体。

Abstract:Fatty Alcohal Polyoxyethylene Ether So-dium Sulfate (AES) was used as aspermatocide to elucidate its spermatocidal ef-fects on human sperm in vitro and theultrastructural changes of the afficted sperm.The results indicate that AES possessesstrong spermatocidal effects and can kill allthe spermatozoa within 1 min at a minimumeffective concentration of 0.08%. TEMobservation shows that the main targetstructures are plasma membrane, acrosomeand mitochondria.
