| 摘 要： | 以阳泉307国道复线路面工程第一合同段为例，介绍了水泥稳定煤矸石代替水泥稳定砂砾作为路面底基层材料的新技术、新工艺在实际中的应用及推广，通过试验对水泥稳定煤矸石进行了研究，确定了最佳掺配比和施工工艺，为以后运用煤矸石作为路面底基层材料提供了可行的依据，具有良好的社会、经济效益和环保效益。
