| 摘 要： | 中铁快运公司为提高行李车利用率和运输组织效率,正在建设直管站调度新体系,为此,需要研发一套提供自动编制行李车装车计划功能的管理信息系统.针对这一需求,进行系统分析和研究,将主要影响因素进行数字化处理,设计自动编制装车计划算法,使管理信息系统能够遵照业务规则和若干限制条件,模拟人的思维,从在库贷物中优选票据信息,形成装车计划.
