南京长江隧道泥水盾构机状态监测方案设计与实施

摘    要:以南京长江隧道直径为14.93m的泥水平衡式盾构机为研究对象,根据施工过程中盾构机主轴承、大齿圈、变速箱、主电机和液压系统等主要设备易出现的故障,选取了合适的状态监测手段,确定了故障诊断方案,并提出了关键设备各参数的判断标准,应用于实际机械维修保养。设备状态监测与故障诊断方案的实施保证了盾构机高效、顺利推进,为南京长江隧道的顺利贯通提供了保障。

Abstract:With the slurry shield, whose diameter is 14.93 m and which is used for the Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel, as the object of study, suitable monitoring means are chosen, trouble-shooting schemes proposed and the yardsticks of some parameters in the key equipment given according to the faults that may occur in some main parts of the shield, such as the main bear, the large gear ring, the gear box, the main motor and the hydraulic system. The implementation of the condition-monitoring and trouble-shooting schemes helps ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the shield and provide a guarantee for the successful through-going of the tunnel.
