基于PTC陶瓷电阻大容量蓄电池组放电车的故障分析和改进

摘    要:基于PTC陶瓷电阻大容量蓄电池组恒流放电车,如何控制PTC表面的温度,使其阻抗达到理想的值是这种放电车满足大容量蓄电池组恒流放电要求的核心技术。本文对控制PTC表面的温度出现的一种故障进行了分析并做出了改进。

Abstract:The core technology to get constant-current discharge of high capacity batteries discharge vehicle with PTC ceramic is how to control the surface temperature of PTC and reach ideal impedance value. This paper analyzes the one type of faults in adjusting the surface temperature of PTC and how to improve it.
