摘    要:采用水培实验法从24种花卉中筛选汞超富集植物,通过对24种花卉发芽率、根长、根干重的计算与测量,比较实验结果发现:与其它23种花卉比较,牵牛( Pharbitis nil)种子对汞具有较强的耐性.采用盆栽实验法进行了汞污染条件对牵牛生长的影响与积累特性研究,结果表明:牵牛植株根、茎和叶对Hg2+的累积量最高分别可达114.2、64.09和52.62 mg/kg;当Hg2+浓度低于50 mg/kg时,转运系数(TF)和富集系数(BF)均大于1,最高分别可达1.13和1.47.鉴于牵牛对重金属汞具有较强的耐受和富集能力,兼顾能够美化环境等诸多优势,可以作为城市土壤汞污染的植物修复资源,适于大面积推广应用.

Abstract:A screening experiment was conducted with 24 kinds of ornamental plants in an in vitro system for the selection of hyperaccumulators,and responses of Pharbitis nil seeds to mercury stress were evaluated by the germination,root length and root dry weight.The results reveal that Pharbitis nil seeds has a strong patience on mercury stress compared with the other 23 kinds of ornamental plants.A pot experiment on growth responses and accumulation characteristics of Pharbitis nil to mercury,shows that the highest Hg2+ content in roots,stems and leaves could achieve 114.2 mg/kg,64.09 mg/kg and 52.62 mg/kg respectively.When the concentration of Hg2+ is lower than 50 mg/kg,both translocation factor(TF) and bioconcentration factor(BF) are more than 1 with their maximum of 1.13 and 1.47 respectively.In view of strong patience and accumulation capacity to Hg2+ stress,landscaping and many other advantages,Pharbitis nil can be used as a kind of phytoremediation resources for the remediation of mercury contaminated soil.
