特长单线铁路隧道无砟轨道道床施工技术

通过研究学习国内外无砟轨道施工经验和相关资料，结合宜万铁路堡镇隧道具体情况，对铁路长大单线隧道无砟轨道施工工艺和物流组织问题进行了研究，确定了无砟轨道成套工装设备，提出了保证无砟轨道精度、耐久性条件下的快速施工方案。“工具轨排法”在铁路长大单线隧道无砟轨道施工中具有借鉴意义。

Construction Techniques for Ballastless Rail Road Bed in Extra-long Single Track Tunnel

Through the study on foreign and domestic ballastless rail construction experience and relevant documents, and in light of the conditions of Baozhen Tunnel in Yi-Wan Railway, researches are made in the construction techniques and logistic organization in the hallastless rail of extra-long single tack tunnel. The whole set tooling equipment in the hallastless rail is confirmed, with the proposition of rapid construction scheme which can ensure the accuracy of ballastless track under the durability condition. The tool track panel method is of reference value in the ballastless rail construction of the railway＇s long single track tunnel.
