摘    要:首先将文献中的实验结果与数值分析比较,结果表明,数值分析结果的趋势和数值都在误差范围内,验证了数值分析的可行性,然后讨论了波纹管的圆心距、壁厚、波纹管直线与中心线的角度对波纹管吸能特性的影响,最后讨论了一端焊接了直管的波纹管的缓冲吸能.数值分析结果表明,波纹管的吸能特性跟其形状、尺寸参数都有关,而且通过增加壁厚和改变α角等措施可以有效提高波纹管的吸能能力.

Abstract:Firstly, experimental result is compared with numerical analysis. As the result, the trend of numerical analysis result and numerical value are both in the error range. The paper demonstrated the feasibility of numerical analysis, discussed the distance of the circle center of sylphon bellows, thickness of wall and the angle between beeline and centre line of sylphon bellows influencing endergonic characteristic. Finally, this paper discussed buffer endergonic of sylphon bellows of straight tube welded in one side. The result of numerical analysis indicates that endergonic characteristic has relationship with its shape, dimension parameter and endergonic characteristic of sylphon bellows can be effectively improved by increasing thickness of wall and changing a angle etc.
