静态混合器在船舶节能中的应用技术

摘    要:采用静态混合器并配以合理的系统及电气控制,是船舶实现燃油乳化和燃油劣质化的有效措施之一。本文首先简要介绍了静态混合器的混合元件型式及其工作原理,接着列出其设计准则,然后阐述静态混合器在燃油掺水乳化和柴油机燃用劣质油技术中的应用。试验和实船应用测试的结果表明,静态混合器作为渣油—柴油混合器以及作为制备油掺水的乳化器是简易有效的,应用静态混合器掺水装置具有一定的经济效果,可以提高锅炉的燃烧效率,降低污染,减轻劳动强度。

The Applicalion of Static Mixer to Ship Energy Saving

Abstract:The adoption of static mixer combined with reasonable system and electrical control is an effective measure for the emulsification and poor-qualitilization of fuel oil. The types of mixed elements and working principle of static mixer are briefly described in the paper. Some criteria for design are listed and the application of static mixer for fuel oil emulsification by mixing with water and combustion of poor quality oil for diesel engine are then related. The results of tests and application measurements of full scale ship indicate that static mixer as residuum-diesel oil mixer or emulsifying mixer producing oil mixed with water is simple and effective. The application of static mixer water mixing device can bring a certain economic benefit, increase the combustion efficienty of boilers, reduce pollution and labour intensity.
