摘    要:为研究不同类型混凝土路面的磨蚀过程和抗滑构造衰减情况,自行开发研制水泥混凝土路面加速磨耗仪,详细介绍了其研制的必要性和试验过程。分剐对压槽、露石和多孔混凝土路面板进行模拟磨蚀试验,提出压槽混凝土磨蚀过程随承磨主体的变化而呈显著的阶段性,初期快而后期慢;露石混凝土磨蚀过程初期平稳而后期加快。多孔混凝土路面属均质结构.整个磨蚀过程比较平稳,没有明显的阶段性。作为对水泥混凝土路面磨蚀过程与抗滑性能衰减规律的探索性试验研究,对今后相关内容的深入研究有较大参考价值。

Abstract:In order to study the abrasion and attenuation of skid-resistant textures of different concrete pavements, accelerated abrasion instrument was developed and manufactured, the necessity and test process of the instrument were introduced in detail. The stimulating abrasion tests on groove concrete, exposed aggregate concrete and porous concrete pavement slabs were conducted. The test results show that, the abrasion process of groove concrete is changed with its main wearied material by stages, which quick at early stage while slow at later stage; exposed aggregate concrete is wearied away slowly at early stage and rather rapidly at later stage; porous concrete belongs to homogeneous structure, whose whole abrasion process is quite stable without obvious stage character. As a groping test research on the abrasion process and attenuation of skid-resistant texture of cement concrete pavement, it is of much significance for further investigations on related topics.
