摘    要:叙述了如何利用电子元器件构成大功率可控硅的触发电路,替代笨重的脉冲变压器触发方式,提高了触发电路的性能,拓宽了应用范围,实现了低能耗、高寿命和高性能。

Abstract:In this paper, the writer discussed haw to use big power SCR(silicon controlled rectifier) touch off cir- cuit composed by electronic device to replace the heavy pulse transformer. In this way, the performance of touch off circuit was increased and the applied range was also widened. The writer thought this was a kind of low- en- ergy consumption, high-life and high-performance method.
