| 摘 要： | 区域物流信息共享平台的建设和管理是一项复杂的系统工程,它涉及到众多部门、机构和企业之间的信息传递与共享;结合实际分析客户企业(Clients)、物流企业(Logistics)、政府部门(Governments)三者对现代物流信息的需求和对区域物流信息共享平台功能需求,并基于此进一步提出现代区域物流信息共享平台框架结构,为我国物流行业、区域物流发展以及物流电子政务的实施提供一个良好的锲机.

| Abstract: | The construction and management of the regional logistics information-shared platform was complex system engineering. It was involved information transferring and sharing among departments and enterprises. Firstly it was analyzed that the clients, logistics and governments demand of modern logistics information and demand of the regional logistics information-shared platform; basing on this, in addition it was put forward framework of the modern regional logistics information-shared platform. So it was provided a good chance for development of logistics industry, regional logistics and logistics E-government actualizing. |
