摘    要:轨道交通车辆上的大尺寸、大质量、高重心设备的安装结构强度是车体强度校核的关键,而不同的建模计算方法,直接影响车体整体的应力水平。文章以某工程车车载动力包中的柴油机为研究对象,对比分析了三种不同建模方式的计算结果,并通过试验对比,指出采用梁单元连接集中质量点和安装座的加载方式可以有效避免应力集中。

Abstract:The installation structural strength of equipment with large-size,large mass and high center of gravity is the key to car body strength check of rail transit vehicle,while the different modeling and calculation methods directly affect the stress level of the whole car body.Taking the diesel engine in the on-board power package of an engineering locomotive as the research object,this paper compares and analyzes the results of three different modeling methods.By comparing the experiments,it is pointed out that the loading mode of connecting the concentrated mass point with the mounting seat by beam element can effectively avoid the stress concentration.
